Shipping policy

Priority shipping via USPS (1-3 days).

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

We strive to deliver quality products each step of the way, but we cannot be held responsible for the mishandling of treats by carrier companies once they leave our hands. 

We also do our best to process items (2 to 3 business days) and have them shipped out between Monday and Wednesday.

We will not ship out any treats ordered on Wednesday, they will ship out the following Monday.

For items with icing toppings or chocolate: Please keep in mind that they may stick to the packaging due to certain temperature changes. 

Sticking them in the fridge upon arrival if this happens will set everything back up
